All Westhaven gates provide step-free access. Scheduled vessels have reserved mobility seating and an accessible washroom.

Passengers who need boarding assistance can arrive thirty minutes early and speak with the terminal lead.

Tidal conditions occasionally change the gangway angle at Cormorant Key and Stone Quay. Crews carry portable ramps.
