Weather and cancellations

The harbour master may slow, hold, or cancel a sailing when channel conditions exceed the vessel’s operating limit.

A delayed sailing remains on the departure board with an expected time. A cancelled sailing stays visible until alternatives are confirmed.

Tickets for a cancelled sailing can be transferred or refunded without a fee.
