Changes and refunds

Walk-on tickets can be changed until departure. Vehicle reservations can be changed up to two hours before sailing.

When Harrow Sound Ferries cancels a sailing, unused tickets can be transferred or refunded in full.

Missed vehicle reservations become standby tickets for the rest of the day. Fare differences still apply when changing routes.
