Vehicle fares

Vehicle fares are based on total length, including trailers and anything mounted behind the rear bumper.

Standard cars and light vans up to 6 metres use the base vehicle fare. Longer vehicles are charged in half-metre bands.

Drivers must declare trailers, rear bicycle racks, and oversize loads when booking. Height does not change the fare unless a sailing has a clearance restriction.
